What does this PR do?

Why?

For someone coming from Mastodon and other Fediverse platforms it looked very weird to me while this setting was enabled per default. I think it's great to have this option as a opt-in, but I don't think the majority would want to have replies per default in their timeline.

Negative aspects through this change?

Not really. Anyone who want to have this turned on can change it in the settings. However it's more "clean" and user-friendly for new users who just discover Calckey, when this option is turned off per default, giving the user a more clean timeline with only the posts of the users they're following.

Change default, so that timeline replies are false per default
